For skin, hair and aesthetic clinics

Every skin enquiry answered, whatever hour it arrives

Acne scars, pigmentation, lasers, PRP, transplants — the questions come in at midnight and each one is different. Lead Rescue answers them in seconds, separates a dermatology problem from a cosmetic one, and books the consultation with the right doctor.

No card to start. No setup fee. Pricing starts from ₹8,000 a month.

Aesthetic enquiries are the easiest to lose and the most expensive to lose

A patient asking about acne scars is comparing four clinics on Instagram at eleven at night. They are not committed to you. They are committed to whoever answers, sounds knowledgeable, and gives them a next step before they lose interest.

The enquiry volume is also the problem. Skin and hair clinics get a long tail of questions no receptionist can answer at speed — how many laser sessions, whether PRP works for their pattern of hair loss, what a peel costs, whether their pigmentation is melasma. Most of these need the same three sentences every time, and a busy front desk gives them to some patients and not others.

Then there is the follow-up nobody does. A large share of aesthetic enquiries do not book on the first conversation; they say they will think about it. Almost no clinic goes back to them a week later, which means the marketing budget that produced the enquiry is written off.

Do you treat acne scars? I've had them for years

Yes — we treat acne scarring regularly. The right approach depends on the type of scarring, so Dr. Kapoor examines the skin first and then explains which options apply. Our dermatology consultation is ₹800.

Is it laser? How many sittings?

Laser is one of the options, but sitting counts vary a lot by scar type — it would be unfair for me to give you a number before the doctor has seen your skin. That's exactly what the first consultation covers.

Ok, what's available Saturday?

Dr. Kapoor has Saturday 12:15 PM or 5:30 PM. Which works better?

What it handles for a skin and hair practice

You set the treatments, the doctors and the fees. The assistant works inside those, and it will not promise a result or a session count that your doctor has not seen the patient to give.

The long tail of skin questions

Acne and acne scarring, pigmentation and melasma, peels, lasers, hydrafacials, anti-ageing. It answers the standard version of each question the same careful way every time.

Hair loss and transplants

PRP, GFC, medical management and transplant enquiries. It explains what the first consultation covers and books it, rather than guessing at graft counts over chat.

Medical versus cosmetic

A rash and a filler enquiry are not the same appointment. It separates the two and books each with the doctor who handles it.

Price questions without a fake quote

It gives your consultation fee and explains that a treatment plan and cost follow assessment. It never commits your doctor to a figure.

Following up the ones who went quiet

The enquiry that said 'I'll think about it' gets a follow-up message later, with a clear way to opt out. This is the single most neglected revenue in an aesthetic clinic.

Reminders and cancelled slots

Every booking gets a reminder. A cancellation is offered to your waitlist instead of leaving a laser machine idle for an hour.

What every plan includes

  • A WhatsApp assistant answering patients 24/7
  • Checks your doctors' real availability before offering a slot
  • Books, reschedules and cancels appointments
  • Appointment reminders sent automatically
  • Follow-ups for enquiries that never booked
  • A waitlist that fills slots when someone cancels
  • Patient records, revenue and reports in one dashboard
  • Your own WhatsApp Business number, not a shared one

Plans start from ₹8,000 a month and are listed in full on the pricing section of the homepage.

Questions clinics ask

Will it promise results to patients?
No. It describes what a treatment involves and what the consultation costs. Outcomes, session counts and treatment plans are left to your doctor after an examination — deliberately, because a promise made in chat is a complaint waiting to happen.
Can it handle enquiries from our Instagram and Facebook ads?
Yes, if those ads point people to your WhatsApp number. Anyone who messages that number is answered the same way, whatever brought them there.
Do patients know they are talking to an assistant?
The assistant does not pretend to be a named member of your staff, and your reception team can take over any conversation at any point.
Is patient information kept private?
Patient contact details are masked at the database level and access is logged. There is a full privacy notice on the site covering what is stored, for how long, and how a patient can have it deleted.
We already have a receptionist. What changes?
She stops being the bottleneck for routine questions and evening enquiries, and spends her time on patients in the clinic. She keeps a login and can step into any chat.
What does it cost?
Plans start from ₹8,000 a month, with a 7-day free trial, no setup fee, and no card to start. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to your own account at their rates; we add no markup.
