For dental clinics
Implant and aligner enquiries arrive at nine at night and go to whoever replies first. Lead Rescue answers them the moment they land, quotes your consultation fee, and books the patient with the right dentist — orthodontist or oral surgeon, not whoever happens to be free.
No card to start. No setup fee. Pricing starts from ₹8,000 a month.
Someone with a broken tooth or a swelling does not wait. They message three clinics, and the one that replies first usually gets the appointment. If your front desk is with a patient, at lunch, or gone for the day, that enquiry is answered by somebody else.
The high-value work makes this worse, not better. An implant or a full aligner case starts as a price question — and a price question left unanswered for four hours reads as a clinic that is either too busy or not interested. Neither impression is one you want attached to a case worth six figures.
The usual fixes do not hold. A second receptionist covers office hours, not evenings and Sundays. A chatbot that cannot see your appointment book offers slots you do not have, and a patient who turns up to a slot that was never real does not come back.
A Sunday evening enquiry
Hi, how much do you charge for a dental implant?
Hello! Implant treatment depends on the bone and the tooth position, so the dentist gives an exact figure after seeing an OPG. Our implant consultation is ₹500, adjusted against treatment if you go ahead.
Ok. Can I come this week?
Dr. Mehta handles implants and has Wednesday 4:00 PM or Thursday 11:30 AM open. Which suits you?
Wednesday 4
Booked — Wednesday 4:00 PM with Dr. Mehta. I'll send a reminder the day before. If you have any old X-rays, please bring them.
An illustration of the kind of exchange the assistant handles, not a recording of a real patient.
The assistant is set up around your treatments, your dentists and your fees. It does not improvise clinical answers, and it never commits your dentist to a treatment plan over chat.
Implants, root canals, crowns, braces, clear aligners, whitening, extractions. It explains what the treatment involves and what the consultation costs, then moves to booking.
An aligner case goes to your orthodontist, a surgical extraction to your oral surgeon. You map treatments to dentists once; the assistant follows it every time.
It gives your published consultation fee and explains that a treatment quote follows an examination. It does not invent a number to keep the conversation going.
Pain, swelling and a knocked-out tooth are recognised as urgent. It offers the soonest genuinely open slot rather than the next convenient one.
Every booking gets a reminder. When someone cancels, the slot is offered to your waitlist instead of sitting empty for the rest of the afternoon.
The patient who asked about aligners in March and never replied gets a follow-up, with a way to opt out. Most clinics never chase these at all.
Plans start from ₹8,000 a month and are listed in full on the pricing section of the homepage.
