For clinics and multi-speciality hospitals across India
Your front desk goes home. Your enquiries don't. Lead Rescue answers every WhatsApp message in seconds, checks your doctors' real availability, and books the appointment — at midnight, on a Sunday, whenever the patient actually messages.

Examples of how the assistant replies. You set your own treatments, doctors and prices, then test it on your own number during the trial.
The cost of a missed enquiry
There's no alert and no sound. Nothing tells you a patient messaged at nine in the evening, waited twenty minutes, and booked the clinic that answered. You only ever see the appointments you got — never the ones you didn't.
Dental implant
₹20,000 – ₹1,00,000
typical value of one patient
Hair transplant
₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000

Cosmetic treatment

typical value of one patient
IVF consultation
₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000
typical value of one patient
Miss five enquiries a month. At an average patient value of ₹10,000, that's ₹50,000 gone — without a single thing appearing on a report to tell you it happened.
Your own numbers will be different. Use your real average patient value and your own enquiry volume — the arithmetic is the same, and you already know both figures.
Over a year
₹6,00,000
On the same five a month. Your ad spend, your Instagram, your referrals — all working. The enquiries arrived. Nobody was there to answer them.
Figures above are illustrative examples to explain the problem, using ordinary treatment values. They are not records of any clinic and not a claim about results.
How it works
This is the whole thing, start to finish. Every step runs on its own — there is nothing for your team to watch, approve or remember.
Saturday night. Your front desk went home four hours ago. The message lands on your WhatsApp Business number like any other.
Not an away message. A real reply, in your clinic's voice, using the treatments and prices you set up yourself.
It works out which treatment they're asking about, answers on cost and timing, and matches them to the right doctor. An ENT enquiry is never offered a general physician.
It checks that doctor's actual availability — their working days, their hours, what's already booked — and offers only times that genuinely exist.
The appointment goes into your calendar. The patient gets a WhatsApp confirmation with a booking reference, and an email from your clinic's name.
A confirmed patient, their name, age, city and reason for visiting, all on your screen. You did nothing. You were asleep.
Times shown are a worked example of a single booking, not a performance guarantee. Reply speed depends on WhatsApp delivery, which is outside anyone's control.
The same evening, twice
Same patient, same treatment, same price. The only difference is whether anyone answered.
Without Lead Rescue
A patient messages asking about implants. Nobody sees it. Your phone is on silent and the clinic closed three hours ago.
They wait nineteen minutes, then search again and message two more clinics.
One of them replies. It doesn't matter that they were more expensive — they were awake.
You reply the next morning. Read, no response. You assume they weren't serious.
Bookings are down and nobody can say why. Nothing in any report shows the enquiries that were never answered.
With Lead Rescue
The same patient messages. They get a reply in seconds, in your clinic's voice, with your treatments and your prices.
It answers what implants involve, what a consultation costs, and offers Dr. Mehta's actual open slots.
Booked. WhatsApp confirmation, booking reference, and a confirmation email from your clinic's name.
Their name, age, city and reason for visiting are already on your patient record. Nobody typed anything.
You see a confirmed appointment that happened while you slept. The day before the visit, they get a reminder automatically.
An illustration of how the two evenings differ. It describes how the product behaves, not a record of any clinic and not a claim about results.
What you actually get
Everything below is built and running today. Nothing here is planned, coming soon, or on a roadmap.
Not an away message. A real answer about your treatments, your prices and your doctors — at 2 am on a Sunday if that's when they message.
It reads each doctor's working days, hours and existing bookings, then offers only slots that genuinely exist. It cannot double-book.
You set which treatments each doctor handles. An ENT enquiry is never offered a general physician, and if nobody covers it, it says so rather than guessing.
A short code the patient can quote at reception or on the phone, and your staff can search by. No more hunting for the right Sharma.
Chest pain, bleeding, breathing trouble, a fall — in English or Hinglish. It drops the booking flow, gives your emergency numbers and 112, and alerts your team. This runs on its own, so it still works even if the AI is having a bad day.
It replies in whichever the patient uses, the way people actually type on WhatsApp.
The day before, automatically, with confirm or reschedule. Fewer people forget, fewer chairs sit empty.
When someone cancels, the next patient waiting for that doctor is offered the slot straight away — before the gap becomes a lost hour.
After a patient is seen, a sequence checks in on them over the following weeks. It runs on its own once you mark the visit complete.
A rating request goes out after the visit, not during it, and the results sit per doctor in your dashboard. An average is only shown once enough people have answered for it to mean anything.
Name, age, gender, city, email and reason for visiting — captured in conversation, not typed by your receptionist afterwards.
Today's schedule at a glance, and the numbers behind it. Consultation fees recorded per visit, whoever booked it.
A patient the assistant couldn't help, a cancelled slot, a doctor with no hours set. Routine bookings stay out of it, so the bell means something.
Appointments appear in the calendar your doctors already use, so nobody has to check two places.
Reception, doctors and managers each get their own access. Nobody shares a password.
Patients confirm their address, so your appointment emails actually arrive. Unconfirmed ones are flagged rather than failing silently.
Confirmations carry your clinic's name and logo, not ours. The patient is dealing with your clinic throughout.
We process it to run your clinic and nothing else. Never sold, never used to train anything, never shared with another clinic.
DPDP Act 2023, clear retention periods, and an NDA on request. Registered company, not an anonymous app.
Access to patient contact details is granted per person, by the owner only — not by whoever happens to be an admin. Every time a number is revealed, it is recorded against a name.
Optional for your team, and worth turning on. If a laptop goes missing you can sign every device out at once, from anywhere.
Who changed a doctor's hours, who cancelled an appointment, who opened a patient record. In plain sentences, not database rows.
When a patient asks to be erased, you can action it from your dashboard and keep the record that proves you did. Required under the DPDP Act, and awkward to do by hand.
A compliant tax invoice with your clinic's GSTIN for every payment, in your account the moment it goes through. Your CA will not have to ask you for it.
Built for your clinic
You set your own treatments, doctors and prices during setup. What it says about implants at a dental clinic is nothing like what it says about IVF at a fertility centre.
“How much for an implant?”
Answers on implants, root canals, braces and aligners, gives your consultation fee, and books with the right dentist — orthodontist or oral surgeon, not whoever is free.
“Do you treat acne scars?”
Handles the long tail of skin and hair enquiries — peels, lasers, PRP, transplants — and separates a dermatology question from a cosmetic one before booking.
“What does Botox cost here?”
Answers price questions without committing your surgeon to a figure, explains that a plan comes after assessment, and books the consultation.
“We’ve been trying two years.”
Handles a sensitive first message with care, mentions that everything stays private, and books both partners into a first consultation together.
“Bad back since morning — anything today?”
Understands urgency, offers the soonest genuinely open slot, and asks them to bring any scans they already have.
“Do you have a cardiologist?”
Knows which departments you run and which doctor covers what. If you have no cardiologist, it says so plainly rather than booking them with the wrong one.
Not on this list? If your patients book appointments over WhatsApp, it will work for you. Start the trial and set up your own treatments in a few minutes.
Your dashboard
The appointments you have today, who's next, and anything that needs a decision — on one screen your receptionist can read in five seconds. Behind it, the records you only need once someone asks you a question you have to be able to answer.

Actioned in one place, with the record that proves you did it. Anything the law requires you to keep is kept and named, not quietly dropped.

Who's behind it

Parimal Roy
Founder, Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd
I could put a wall of clinic logos here and a few five-star quotes. Most software in this market does. I'm not going to, because Lead Rescue launched recently and I don't have years of clinic case studies yet — and you'd find out.
What I do have is a working product you can test on your own WhatsApp number before you pay anything, a registered company you can look up, and my own name on it. Judge it on the thirty days you spend using it, not on a testimonial I could have written myself.
If it doesn't book patients you'd otherwise have lost, cancel it. I'd rather that than a customer paying for something that isn't working.
Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India and building automation software for six years. Not a side project and not an anonymous app.
When you message support, it reaches me. During your trial and after it. That's a promise I can only make because I'm choosing to grow slowly.
Your treatments, doctors and hours are configured in an afternoon. You test it on your own number before a single patient sees it.
Monthly billing, cancel whenever you like, and your patient data is yours to export. If it isn't earning its fee, you should stop paying for it.

Not a support form. These reach me, and I answer them myself.

If you run several branches, multiple departments, or see enough patients that the volumes above look small, we'll put together a plan around your actual numbers rather than fitting you into one of these.
The conversation limits are fair-use guidance, not hard cut-offs. If your clinic goes past them we'll get in touch and work something out. We will never stop answering your patients mid-conversation, and nothing extra is ever charged without asking you first.
No setup fee
Not now, not at the end of the trial. The monthly price is the whole price.
No card to start
Seven days free without entering payment details. Nothing charges automatically at the end.
No lock-in
Monthly billing. Cancel from your account whenever you like, no notice period and no cancellation call.
No hostage data
Ask us to close your account and we email you your patients and appointments as spreadsheets first.
No hidden AI charges
The assistant's replies are included. There is no per-message or per-booking fee on top.
No support queue
You message the founder. On every plan, including Starter, including during the trial.
One cost that isn't ours: WhatsApp itself
Meta charges businesses per conversation on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Those charges are billed to your own Meta account at Meta's published rates. We add no markup and take no cut of them. For a typical clinic this is a small amount each month, but it is a real cost and you should know about it before you start, not after.
Questions
Including the awkward ones. If yours isn't here, message me on WhatsApp and I'll answer it myself.
Seven days free. No card, no setup fee, nothing to cancel if you walk away. Set up your treatments and doctors this afternoon, test it on your own number tonight, and decide on Friday whether it earned its place.
